A Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business

GreyHawk Enterprises is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). 

The President of the United States and Congress enacted Public Law (PL) 108-183 in December 2003. This law established a preference for the U.S. federal government to contract with SDVOSB's. This law was enacted as a follow on to PL 106-50, which designated that three percent of the total value of all prime contract and subcontract awards by the federal government be awarded to SDVOSB's. PL 108-183 now gives you the tools you need to meet or exceed the three percent goal and also be proactive in ensuring that SDVOSB firms are included in the competitive process.
